New Zealand Extra Virgin Olive Oil Awards

Entries for the 2024 NZ EVOO Awards are now open!

The New Zealand Extra Virgin Olive Oil Awards recognises excellence in New Zealand extra virgin olive oils, rewards growers for their hard work and benchmarks individual oils against the industry.

The oils are judged by a panel of fully trained New Zealand and Australian based judges, many with international experience. All entries are not only eligible to win Gold, Silver or Bronze medals, but also be the Best in their Class (8 categories), to have the Best Label and take out the crown for Best Boutique (produced less than 250lt) or Best in Show (commercially produced over 250lt).

Results will be announced during dinner at the Awards Evening which follows the ONZ Conference on the 12th October 2024.

Key dates are:
1st August to 6th September – Awards Entries
22nd to 24th September – Awards Judging
12th October – Awards Evening and Results Announced
